1. About the Service

Ordego is a business software platform that helps organizations automate order capture, extraction, validation, and processing workflows.

The Platform may process information from:

• Emails
• WhatsApp messages
• PDF documents
• Excel files
• Voice calls
• Customer portals
• ERP and business systems

The Platform is intended solely for business and commercial use.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Protecting login credentials
• Managing access provided to your users
• Ensuring information submitted to the Platform is accurate

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident involving your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Platform requires an active paid subscription or a separate commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable
• Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Disrupt or interfere with the Platform
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the Platform
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data, documents, files, and business information submitted to the Platform.

By using the Platform, you grant TwinArcus a limited right to store, process, transmit, and analyze such information solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not sell customer data.

The collection and use of information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Ordego, including its software, workflows, user interface, APIs, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related technology, remains the exclusive property of TwinArcus Infolab Private Limited.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform or its intellectual property to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during your active subscription period.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

• Microsoft 365
• Outlook
• Exchange Online
• WhatsApp Business Platform
• ERP systems
• CRM systems
• Cloud storage providers
• Other business applications

These services are operated by independent providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

TwinArcus is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.

8. AI Processing Disclaimer

The Platform uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, OCR, and automation technologies to process business information.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating all business-critical information before taking action based on Platform outputs.

9. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party service outages

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinArcus shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Operational losses arising from customer decisions or AI-generated outputs

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Fees remain unpaid
• These Terms are violated
• Use of the Platform creates security or legal risks
• Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ends.

12. Changes to the Service

We may improve, modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform from time to time.

We reserve the right to make changes necessary for security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, processed, stored, and protected.
